Pros

Adequate time to learn. Holistic and all-round learning experience. Good stress on extra-curricular activities (social, cultural, technical). Good peer to peer interaction.

Cons

Most of the faculty is egoistic, have biased opinions about people, practice regionalism (in some cases). Faculty and administration act like bosses rather than acting as mentors and guides. Education is imparted for scoring more marks rather than gaining more knowledge.
