      Pros

      Cool Cloths, Good materials, as a retailer, they really had it going on in the beginning.

      Cons

      Ego Driven Ownership, success really had nothing to do with the "visionary" LOL Patrick Tenore Jr.. Useless ownership, good peeps to work with, pay sucked. Over Worked. ownership has no loyalty for the hard work you put in.

      Pros

      Fellow co-workers were great to work with. Slowly, the good ones started leaving though.

      Cons

      Constant change in management, always trying to fix what isn't wrong and not fix what is. Management doesn't understand the company culture. Poor pay. Depressing moral. No room for growth.
