      M&A transaction are driving growth for the firm.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership. It's a revolving door for non-advisor executives and staff.

      Bad culture, disrespectful management

      Pros

      There are some smart people from the legacy firms that remain.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to do right by employees or clients. Clients deserve consistency and they are not getting any. The entire C suite has basically turned over since the merger in 2022 and it generally seemed like everyone was unhappy. Clients are leaving rapidly. The legacy firms were very successful prior to this CEO and new president of Polaris. Legacy Polaris employees were discriminated against.

      Pros

      Entrenched old timers with good history but no ability to change.

      Cons

      CEO is truly awful, no executive presence, same goes for heads of marketing and compliance. Nobody believes anything the management team says, zero credibility. Staff always seems to be MIA. No real value proposition (or brand) that other places cannot offer at a lower cost with better service. Penny cheap and pound foolish shop.
