      Close to home if you live near Bay City

      Cons

      Pay, work conditions, condescending upper management that will not listen to the needs and concerns of employees whether it be improvements to the work conditions or potential safety hazards, lack of reinvestment into the company and equipment by the owners and upper management. Pay is terrible and if you're hourly and depend on overtime you will NOT get enough overtime hours to make working here profitable. Only OT will be when trying to meet promises for customers last minute due to poor management. Also, there's the usual "favorites" game too here.

      The leadership team is approachable and values open communication. Supportive work environment. Long employee tenure.

      With it being a manufacturing plant and attached office, there is limited opportunity for windows.
