      Pros

      It's a small corporation, so it's not difficult to know other employees. Compensation is great.

      Cons

      Employees are treated according to the whims of the executive officers. No matter the work ethic. If they "like" you, they will treat you as such, provide promotions and bonuses. If they don't you could be subjected to verbal abuse, fired at their whims, and otherwise mistreated.

      There are no pros to share

      Cons

      Zero communication, no 401k, high benefits, stakeholders talk a good game but never follow through, no defined processes, they use you and get rid of you. There is no work/life balance.

      The exec's are very personable. The pay is decent.

      The company needs stability from the operations standpoint. Staff retention is a joke.
