      Pros

      A positive environment. You know what is expected of you. You leave your work at work. Reasonable pay and benefits. You work at a music company, tons of live performances and interviews with amazing artists. You discover a lot of new music. Great team members and management.

      Cons

      Not a fault of the company, like any office jobs, there is a lot of stationary and sitting down at your desk/chair. Need more activities to move around.

      Very cool company culture. Young, engaging staff. Lot's of in house artist performances and complimentary staff appreciation lunches.
