As Head of Web and Creative, I’ve had the chance to work on diverse projects – from refining online customer journeys and optimising UX to evolving the overall brand identity and creative direction. The pace is dynamic but collaborative; teams are supportive and genuinely care about producing great work. Senior leadership is open to new ideas, and there’s a lot of trust given to people who take initiative.
