Pros

Kind and hard-working colleagues, the company "why" sounds great.

Cons

No work-life balance or diversity in upper management. Poor business decisions being made by cadre of mediocre white men in leadership who consistently demand more and more while giving less and less.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t find work/life balance in your role. It's true that all of our teams are working very hard as demand for our products increases, but we do want everyone to take the time they need to decompress and relax away from work responsibilities. Diversity is a core value here at Rad Power Bikes, and we appreciate your feedback. We value every voice and will continue our work towards a more diverse and inclusive company overall. We understand that we don’t always get things right, and welcome any additional feedback at jobs@radpowerbikes.com. Thank you! - Jesse Stroud, Senior People Partner

Pros

A lot of cool people work here and work extremely hard. It is great to be around people who work extremely hard and that are fun to work with, typically those who are doing the boots on the ground work. The products are also extremely cool. A bike is provided as a part of the job which is the best perk of working here.

Cons

The general consensus of people I spoke with during my stay was the vast majority of people are over worked and extremely, extremely under paid. I did not enjoy my time at this company and would not recommend it. It's a no brainer so many people leave this company as quickly as they do but I don't think the leadership has caught on to what is in plain sight: many people here are simply not happy with the way this company is run and how employees are treated.

Thank you very much for leaving this review: your feedback is essential for us to improve. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed our ebikes and the people you worked with: we definitely hire awesome folks! And I’m sorry to hear that you were feeling under compensated. I realize that we cannot retroactively improve your experience, but we’d love to hear how we can be better. If you would be willing to reach out to me at jobs@radpowerbikes.com, I’d love to hear more from you. - Olivia

Pros

The field of ebikes is growing rapidly and its a good train to be on Free bike when you start Cool people

Cons

Lack of advancement opportunities from within Constantly hiring on the outside but not looking internally for employee growth opportunities Weird leadership culture where you don't feel comfortable reaching out to HR or your manager for fear you may be punished for bringing issues up Considers themselves a start up and pays you like one, even though they employ 200+ individuals and a C-suite and are located in Seattle
