There are several things about the company that stand out a. The company culture is great and I felt valued, supported and respected. b. There's a good work life balance. c. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and development. Some employees have been around for over 5 years and they have seen good growth and challenging opportunities come their way. IN fact, the company also provides additional leaves for those who have worked in the company longer d. the compensation and benefits are good e. the management and founders are very professional and visionary. Regular town halls have been held for several years now. In these town halls, updates are provided about the company; achievements and other milestones are celebrated. f. Great work environment - enjoy working here, like my colleagues, feel safe and comfortable and have the tool and training required to do my job properly g. Good diversity - There is a good diversity in the background of employees and it makes working here even more njoyable.
Cons
The interactions between the 2 offices in Bangalore and Singapore are usually online. It would be good to have more opportunities to meet in person.
