I was sold the job with promises of rapid growth... but the company went out of business within 90 days instead.

- Good people - Dog friendly - Hybrid tech stack

Cons

- Laid off everyone except for most loyal, tenured staff - Bank stepped in and froze all discretionary spending - Anyone who was left at that point missed out on a severance package

I met some amazing people who were wonderful to work with and for, and we did some fantastic work.

Management on the executive level was a hot mess.

Pros

Some great, smart and driven employees with a great attitude in adversity. The potential was there but not the direction or integrity.

Cons

Ego and hubris of senior management with inability to listen and adapt to the market. A tacit inability to stand up to 'grey area' clients - spoke with forked tongue and threw good employees under the bus. If you have any ethics avoid!
