      TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR

      It's a paycheck - that's about it

      Cons

      Favoritism abounds Rules are made then not followed The owner treats men and women differently (Preferential treatment towards the men who work here) Seniority is not respected. There is a bonus system - and every mistake costs $500 Generally underpaid for the average pay for what we do in our area of the country - told that bonus system should "even that out" even though it doesn't always.

      Can make so good money. However it seems the bonuses and incentive pay is never fair across all departments and employees

      Your work will never be fully appreciated. You will always have to do more and be better. Never feels like your best is good enough even though it is better than most

      Average pay. You could get paid more at their competitors.

      Cons

      They allow WiFi in the entire building except the one spot where the Techs and Accessioners work. I, like most in the area, listened to music while I worked. Not too employee friendly where you seemingly shut it off despite the work being done in a timely fashion. Additionally, during the day, expect several higher ups to walk throughout the lab for no apparent reason other than to check up on employees. They hardly speak to you, but you know they’re there. Micromanagement galore.
