      The only good thing about working for this company is there are some awesome dedicated co-workers there.

      Cons

      The positive reviews you see on this site are fake. They were written by the owners wife and current employees. How do I know this? I was in a meeting when we were asked to come on here and post positive reviews. The negative reviews however are true. The owner is a very abusive individual. Constantly lashes out at his people and look out if he doesn't get his way. Suppliers are rarely paid and has numerous collections against him. I truly feel sorry for anyone who works for him.

      The salary is very good compared to other companies

      - Overall lack of professionalism. Horrible work environment due to the abusive, disrespectful and bully tone set by the CEO of the company and the design leader. - Negative work ethics and low productivity - Incredibly high voluntary turnover due to employee dissatisfaction - Deficient communications and absent team work that leads into internal conflicts. - Small business with limited career growth opportunities and lack of resources. No HR, no R&D division, and shortage of staff causing hybrid roles for unqualified people. - Weak client base and unstable company leading to a dubious future of the company.

      Hard work pays off

      Pros

      I started working for Radec Group when they were a smaller company just starting to grow and have seen them go through many changes over the years. I was always treated fairly and was compensated well for my hard work and dedication. When I was dealing with some personal issues a year or so into my employment, the ownership and management went far above and beyond what any employer is expected to do. Allowing me to work at my own pace and always being compassionate to the situation. They turned into not just my work family but a group of people that I trust and am looking forward to staying close with in the years to come. The company is growing at a rapid pace and of course there are growing pains but I believe that the management and ownership work hard and in turn reward ambition and drive within their employees

      Cons

      Hard work and ambition are the reason this company is successful - if you do not share the same work ethic then this isn't the company for you
