Pros
Working with the patients was meaningful work and there were some co-workers who also cared about the patients and wanted to see them get better.
Cons
The politics! The owner/CEO is too money-driven. Psychiatrist over-medicates. Extreme stress and little pay. Frequent patient complaints were either having to be covered up or being minimized while on-going unethical practices by those higher up continued, despite being known to management.
