Working at Radiance Solar was incredibly frustrating. The culture was toxic, with senior leadership constantly in your face and unwilling to consider new ideas. Innovation wasn’t allowed—everything had to be done their way, even if better or more efficient options existed. Anyone who questioned this was at risk of being fired on the spot, creating a constant atmosphere of fear and instability. Nepotism ran rampant, with unqualified friends and family members being given key positions while more capable employees were overlooked or pushed out.
Beyond the poor culture, the company also had serious ethical issues. They frequently ignored contract terms to squeeze out extra profit and misled clients about what they could actually deliver in terms of quality and price. Cutting corners was common, and commitments often went unfulfilled.
If you value job security, integrity, or a company open to improvement, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
