Senior Managers at Radiant Financial Planning are trying to grow the business but keeping (very) small business mindsets and that is causing lots of problems at both college and client level. I would not recommend employment at radiant and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them for financial planning requirements to my family or friends. The CEO has decided he wants to use AI without a clear objective or strategy. He tends to comes up with an idea he thinks is amazing, doesn’t listen to anybody else’s opinions or feedback, doesn’t think things through, runs with it, gets in too deep, then you turns. Implementation is poor, no proper piloting of projects. The new Annual Review system is also very disappointing and strategic thinking is lacking in all areas. There isn’t a solid foundation to build upon and therefore the service clients receive is well below average whilst staff are busy trying to get their heads around all the chaotic, poorly communicated, without training changes. This leads to clients waiting weeks and weeks for accessing their funds. Ultimately there are clients at the end of this and people would do well to remember that. I am horrified at how Planners are treated here and whilst we are being targeted to generate new business I simply couldn’t recommend this place. The same conversations week in week out with clients, apologising for poor service levels which is all down to the leadership not the staff on the ground. I have found reading the reviews on here interesting and certainly the 5 star ones coming in right after the genuine ones. Sums it up really: false and doesn’t listen. You really need to do better.
