Pros

On time salary Comfortable working hours

Cons

worked at radical start for 4 months, when I was joining the management told me that for one month we will check your performance, after 1 month we tell your job status either confirmation or termination based on your performance, After one month I am not getting any intimation regarding the status of job, So I worked there for 4 months. In a 3rd month, they intimated that after seeing the performance on the 4th month we are told you the result, but they are not given any that much tasks to me. After the end of 4th month they told your performance is not up to the level and terminated me, without giving any tasks how do they judge performance it is big question raised for me,so I lost my 4 months time and experience, currently I m working as a web developer in another company more than 8 months still now, if they told their decision by terms in one month as their mentioned in the offer letter, Now I am almost getting my experience level as more than 11 months. They can totally waste my time for 4 months.

Pros

Cons

I worked as a developer at this company for six months, and my experience was disappointing. HR told me there was a five-day work week, with occasional work on Saturdays if tasks were pending. However, in reality, this was not well-organized. They usually informed us only on Friday evening if Saturday was a working day, making it hard to plan weekends. Despite working on Saturdays, we were not paid extra for it. The official login time was 10:00 AM, but the team leader forced us to log in by 8:30 AM. Logout times were as late as 9:00 PM or 9:30 PM, which meant I was working 12 to 13 hours a day. This left me feeling drained, with no work-life balance. To make it worse, management told us to report only 7 to 8 hours of work in emails, even though we were working much longer hours. It felt unfair and stressful. The management and leadership team didn’t seem to understand what a good work environment or IT culture should be like. If you value your peace of mind and want a balanced work life, I wouldn’t recommend joining this company.
