Pros

Vast variety of people all over the Asian countries and very diverse "small earth"

Cons

Management is horrible and pretty much bureaucratic like China. Reporters are the key elements of the agency, but they always get paid about one third of the salary of the management team members.

Pros

low tech, old fashion working style

Cons

The longer you stay in the office shows the harder you work - at least that's how people in this organization think. There's no sense of time management nor labor law.
