Pros

Everyone here is brilliant and great at what they do. Office space is large with a nice lunch area. The views of the mountains are great. Working from home has become more relaxed during the pandemic and has provided more flexible work options. State of the art radiometer and wind profiler products. Lots of travel once the pandemic ends, so that can be a plus for some. This is neither a pro nor con, but the pay is decent. It's below the Boulder median salary but they aren't shortchanging you by any means.PTO is good and insurance is good.

Cons

The understaffing is becoming unbearable for most employees. A lot of new and exciting projects are being funding but no new staff is being brought in. Everyone is running on empty and there is very little leadership from upper management anymore. We're all working towards a common goal but all going in different directions. No pay raises, at least within the last several years.

Pros

If you like weather or high tech instruments, you'll have some fun.

Cons

If you like organization and a clear direction, you'll not have that much fun.
