Upper management treats Radio division as a step child. Many upper management just biding their time. Company has no vision for the future. Cutting costs by cutting people to show a quick turn around in debt due to bad investment in Gambling Casino ventures. Benefits packages one of the worst in the business. Poor health insurance, bad 401k, it goes on and on.
Flexible hours. Many people "Work From Home". Meaning they answer emails from their smart phone

Horrible Benefits, no pay raises in years, more about cya than doing your job, I don't know is an acceptable answer for not doing your job for those in the group, and poor management. All in all a toxic environment.
