This is a people first company. Radius hires talented, sharp, and fun people who are also just good people. That's not all that common when most companies are just going after dollars, and I believe it to be a strong long-term strategy. Company culture is awesome with awards given out at company meetings, numerous social events over the course of the year, organized happy hours, and tickets to sporting events. Radius is growing rapidly which allows its employees many opportunities to be involved in the company's growth.

I've never worked for a company that values its employees the way Radius does. The compensation, benefits, and work/life balance are as good or better than most of the major companies in the area, and truly feel that my contributions are valued.
