      Salary Easy to get hired if you pretend to be complacent and agree with everything management says

      AGREE with previous reviews (Potentially FAKE 5-star reviews, Nepotism, Wasted Resources) ALSO Many Conservatives Lack of diversity and cultural awareness Toxic culture- ingroup, cliques, unaccepting, groupthink Lack of job security- surprising firing decisions High turnover- can't keep top talent ...Don't be tricked by the salary

      Pros

      + Pay is good, free lunch, benefits in par with other startups in the city. + By the last 3 months I was there, no work to do.

      Cons

      + Execs don't have a vision, layoff their employees and keep their VP titles instead. Very degrading to those who worked hard. Don't believe me? Search LinkedIn and see how many VPs, Directors and CXO are in this company. Who does the work? + Super nepotism. If you don't come from a certain country or have close ties with some people, you will be an outcast and prepare to get fired any day. + No camaraderie or feeling of having a team. Everybody is watching, gossiping, and political about everything.
