Above all, the coworkers are friendly and professional. I like that they always communicate and support each other to complete the assigned works. The company has a lot improved. You will learn tons beside your duties. You also have opportunities to learn about construction and fire sprinkler system from the team. Great work environment.

Cons

Workload is sometimes intense. Expect to have overtime work.

Great experience working for the company. Learn a lot. The owner is not shy about teaching employees about the industry and business. Great potential for growth.

Cons

Need better department manager. The manager was very unprofessional and inexperience.
