fine incentives and leaves and some festive bonuses as well

No tools to work on, has to do compulsory cold calling 55+ and minimum 2 hours talktime. they are gonna give you any bonus they promised based upon work, they will ask you to give incentive voluntarily and ask to work on weekends. there is no sense of stability. this is just a commission based group of a few people not a healthcare staffing company, they work only on small roles just because other roles are out of thier ability. even if you leave them they wont pay you your share and they're gonna strech it to a few months only to pay it incomplete bits and peices. I would strictly not recommend this hell like environment. Cheap minded.
