      supportive environment where people feel heard

      RY has a genuinely supportive environment where people feel heard and listened to. There’s a strong social culture with down-to-earth colleagues who make the workplace enjoyable. On top of that, the work itself feels meaningful and impactful, which makes it even more rewarding to be part of the team.

      Pros

      Some great people with talent and commitment. Hybrid working

      Cons

      The agency's Board is made up of family, friends and old-timers and struggle to keep up with how the industry is changing. It's difficult to see this ever changing, so some of the great talent that works there ends up suffering for the stagnation. Without fundamental change at the top, the business will continue to struggle despite good people.
