      Pros

      Excellent Job Security. Competitive pay. Good Work Life Balance. Great people. Interesting Product. Comfortable working environment. Good Benefits. Managment actually does care about every single employee here.

      Cons

      Nothing that isn't typical of any Small or Medium sized company. There are a few complaints on here made by unhappy people, but employees who leave tend to re-apply for their old jobs shortly after exiting. So, we must be doing something right.

      The work was interesting for the most part, but the bs between sales engineering and the president is untenable.

      Cons

      Will come up with any reason to not give raises or bonus or sales commission for basically any reason.
