      Pays 15.00$ plus weekly attendance bonus walking through the door/ Felony Friendly/Company will go the extra mile for you if your a good worker as far as needing time off etc..

      Cons

      Hard work hands hurting daily extremely cold environment negative work environment with coworkers they will try and play you if you allow them too and they do have favorites.

      Pros

      You are able to leave the week early if you finish everything you are required to do early.

      Cons

      There are incredibly early mornings. Like being at farms at 4:00 am. And you are expected to do everything required for the week no matter how long it takes but you are only paid for working a 40 hour week. There is no overtime or compensation time and you are expected to be ready to answer the phone and help with anything no matter when or where you are.
