Pros

All the staff there are very competitive and productive. You can learn and grow there. Creative events and top tier clientele.

Cons

Compensation does not provide the incentive for people to stay forever. Can't say the work environment is the most friendly and helpful one. Everyone mainly focus on their own project. No systematic management structure. Absense of a fluent communication channel between staff and management.

Holiday parties, opportunities to work amazing events, nice people, interesting clients

The pay leaves something to be desired, no training offered for certain employees, no job growth for certain employees, minimum 45 hour work week
