Living in Shanghai. Unfortunately that is all!

Cons

Incompetent management that confuses control with management. They treat employees badly and have no idea what they are doing. I have never encountered people with no integrity and so much ignorance. All decisions are made randomly without a plan. Cutting cost is the main and only strategy they have.

Middle Managers try their best to find ways to engage staff and boost morale

Cons

Does not follow labor contract laws (e.g. China). They do not provide expat benefits as required by law to foreigners and get around by saying it is a local business and if you sign a grossly unfair contract that is your undoing.
