      -Huge campus -Good work life balance -Students are generally much more well behaved than other schools

      Cons

      -Benefits are below average as compared to government agencies -Frequent changes are being made to policy which is confusing -Some of the management are very outdated and does not welcome changes and opinions -Really easy to be stuck in career progression -Office politics

      Good system with a long term vision towards excellence in teaching and learning. Ample time and resources devoted to professional development. Good infrastructure and considerable investment in enabling educators use emerging technology and pedagogies in education.

      Cons

      Top down approach with little consultation with educators. Professional advancement is limited and often decided by few individuals in management. Progression and pay can often begin to stagnate once one reaches his/her maximum grade.
