Pros
Pay is reasonable in the middle of what schools in Dubai offer. The house allowance is also good. Other teaching staff are good.
Cons
Teachers are put under massive pressure, workload is huge and it is a struggle to maintain a work life balance. Management have a culture of checking up on you and finding fault. There are many inhouse inspections where teachers will be targeted and bullied by management. The senior leadership do not model the values of an IB learner they are not principled or caring in any way shape or form.
