Pros

Coworkers and the clothing were the only thing good about the job.

Cons

Owner watches every move you make on video camera, then comes in the store and tries to be nice and work beside you, then lies about what other employees say about you, and is very manipulative. He only cares about the numbers and gives you a difficult time if you have a life outside of work.

I don't have any reasons, this place was and is a total joke & I'm surprised it's even still in business in any locations.

Cons

No cohesive direction, poor communication, no leadership, shady business practices, lack of training, no benefits, no support, owner is less than scrupulous.

Pros

Working there made me a better dressed person. It was nice to see the coolest clothes come in and snag them during my break.

Cons

The management thinks they literally own you. They think you should be available at all times and that if you get sick or have something major happening in your life you should care more about grabbing dressing rooms for people than your own health. But I guess that’s retail. I just find the culture particularly bad at rag because they gaslight you about it so hard. They also watch the cameras like hawks and will get mad at you even if you’re doing nothing wrong (one of my coworkers got in trouble for laughing too hard even though it had no effect on the efficiency of our work).
