Pros

The list of "PROS" is long at the interview process. Unfortunately most of the perks and benefits are lies and part of the scam. Benefits will cost you your soul! They order in lunch (that employees are forced to pay a portion of) so they can get away with a 30 min lunch period (on a 10-12 hour day!). Owner even used to make staff clock in and out for bathroom breaks before he found out it was illegal.

Cons

The leadership is the worst I've ever experienced in my entire career. There is no "leader". Only a single arrogant man who runs the company like a communist country, completely with video cameras with sound watching your every move. When not in the office, they will watch your social media accounts. ("facebook friending" the owner is a requirement of the interview process! They won't even read your resume if they don't get the request!) The culture is belittlement and constant beat down of the employees, but lets do it in a cool "open office" space complete with leather furniture and video games. That will make it FUN!! (insert laughter) Silicon Valley must be a miserable hell hole if this is is the culture there. I have a feeling the owner is just confused on how business works! Turnover in this place is through the roof!!! Several management positions have been turned over a half dozen times. Real leaders with massive amounts of experience leave within weeks because they see what a joke this company is and don' t want their name or reputation associated with RageOn. The ones who stay are the ones who have been beat down so badly they have absolutely no confidence to leave because they believe they are now worthless. That and they are forced to work 12+ hour days, so they have no time to interview anywhere else! He also believes anyone in Cleveland deserves to be paid poverty wages because they are "stupid midwesterns". He pays San Fran employees a little more, but they are still treated terrible. If you are considering employment here.... seriously RUN!!!!! Don't look back!!! You won't get equity. The company value is a lie. You will be treated poorly. Think you can handle it? HA!!! The mighty have fallen here! Like a good challenge? Take the job and then reflect back on this Glass Door review in 3 months. I guarantee you'll be writing one of these yourself!

Pros

The other employees that deal with the horrible business practices.

Cons

Forced to leave 5 star reviews on various websites and the App Store. Forced to use personal social media to like and follow client pages and comment on their pages. If not done you are berated. Short lunch for a long day. Expected to work 24/7. Yelled at and demeaned regularly. Negative atmosphere caused by management.

Pros

Free pizza on Fridays to help you survive the 5:30 meeting. There's a PS4 and a Super Nintendo you can play on a giant TV.

Cons

What are some of the challenges of working here? Everything. Overworked and underpaid employees who get belittled and berated by upper management struggle to make it through another day, every day. The CTO and CFO are great managers and try to make improvements to the work environment and benefits but the changes never end up seeing the light of day. The turnover rate is through the roof; they're great at finding highly qualified people but can't retain them due to the terrible treatment of employees. Leaving was like being released from prison. No more forced 12-hour days or anxiety when my phone goes off.
