      Fast paced, building new rollingstock, future work and tenders of new contracts, every day is different, very niche market

      Cons

      Can be poorly managed at times, nil leadership development or opportunities to advance, bad habits and workplace culture which is in all of the rail industry.

      New CEO has killed the culture of this place. Has become a very toxic environment and CEO has a KPI to increase female employees hence removing a lot of male employee at all levels and replacing them with females. Financial company is taking a major downturn and has been for a number of years. If you value your health and mind set, stay away from this company
