Great first job with real impact and learning
Pros
This is my first job in my field after an electrical engineering degree, and it exceeded my expectations. The product is interesting and meaningful, and every day feels different. I don’t just do manual testing — I also write Python code and work closely with the software team, who help me improve my skills. I even visited train stations to see how the system works in real life, which was very exciting. The company has strong teams, including an algorithms team working on advanced neural networks. The people are kind, supportive, and always willing to help. There are also many opportunities to grow, for example moving to the R&D team to work on more advanced projects with higher pay.
Cons
Since the work is dynamic and the firm is small, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning.
