Pros

Some nice free food every month Some of the people are nice (the ones that talk to you anyway, but most ignore people)

Cons

Old fashioned and dated. Not just in terms of offices but the management and leadership style too. No consistent, clear leadership direction. Too much chopping and changing. Too difficult to get anything agreed and delivered. Demonstrated by a project that’s taken 5 years, is 3 years overdue, still not finished or working effectively. Too many temps and contractors

Confronting Hidden Bullying and Racism in the Workplace

Pros

Central location, hybrid and flexible working.

Cons

Dull atmosphere, where bullying and racist behaviour lurks beneath the surface, employees often feel stifled and demotivated. While the company offers appealing benefits—like generous health insurance, a solid retirement plan, and extra vacation days—the toxic environment can overshadow these perks. The contrast between the enticing benefits and the lacklustre, hostile work culture creates a frustrating dynamic that can leave employees feeling trapped.
