If you want to be part of a company that has a strong culture of sharing knowledge, gives effective feedback that actually guides you to do a better job, has all the processes in place, and are working, Railsware is it. Plus the products the company makes are really cool and bring actual value to the tech world.
Cons
The hiring process might seem long and it is. But in the end, you get to work with a team of the best people who are really great at what they do.
What I love most about Railsware is how transparent they are with candidates and employees. From the compensation to what your responsibilities will be, everything is communicated to you right off the bat. They are also very friendly and welcoming and give you the flexibility to work on your own schedule and on the tasks that you prefer the most.
Cons
Not a con in my opinion, but it should be noted that the interview process entails a "full day of work" with their team. In my case, it wasn't really a full day. It was only a couple of hours and a great opportunity to showcase my skills in real-time.
