      Pros

      -Amazing company culture - Benefits and PTO from the day you start which is very rare - "Working Ownership" which means they don't have offices and work among their employees to set the example. All 3 owners are very approachable and understanding of situations. - Perks like a stocked snack pantry with drinks. Multiple company activities a month that includes weekly breakfast and once a month lunch provided to employees. - Ownership promotes home life and often times lets us leave early for long weekends and encourages you to use your PTO.

      Cons

      - Growth within the company can sometimes be slower compared to others since it is still a relatively new company so positions may not be open as quickly as other places.

      Pros

      Flexible hours and stocked pantry with an awesome continuously built company culture. Brand new building, competitive pay, PLENTY of room for growth and advancement. Bonus opportunities as well as company events like movies, Lagoon, vacations, etc. Management allows your voice to be heard and everyone is striving to create a positive environment. If you can't contribute to that, then this place will not be for you.

      Cons

      Located in Springville, UT so lunch places are not the best that are close by. Drive about 10 minutes south to Spanish Fork and you'll find a lot of options.

      Pros

      The turnover rate here is ridiculously low and I think it's because the company culture is amazing. When you really get down to it, the company's 5 Core Values (Honesty, Hardwork, Humility, Happiness, and Heartfelt) are the foundation of what we do and who we are. These values are what have kept me here, and it's really nice to see them followed by even the managers and owners! Some other pro's are the people (friends) that work here, the fun activities (Lagoon Day, lunches, breakfasts, movies, BBQ's, etc), the bonuses (prizes, money, etc), and watching the product help clients grow their businesses.

      Cons

      I wish the company was large enough to offer benefits like health, dental, vision, etc.
