      An absolute mess! I was sold a bunch of lies

      - Pre-hire marketing to get candidates to accept an offer - General concept - Startup bootcamp - Nice people

      Cons

      Where do I start: - This sounds terrible to say but we are adding ZERO value to any partner and unless things change remarkably, rainmaking may not last very long, especially in Asia - To be brutally honest, the quality of talent around is mediocre at best! Even the regional leadership in APAC is a bit of a joke. Sorry but this is the candid truth. - No career progression opportunities for those who'd like to stick around for some reason - Toxic culture - Terrible pay/benefits which may explain the general talent quality - Worst of all- absolutely no desire to work on tons of constructive feedback - The recent 5 star reviews on glassdoor are fake/manufactured. Saw that being done first hand. Was suggested to contribute as well but I choose to be honest!

      Interesting work, but toxic culture

      - Interesting projects - Decent salary - Fast paced environment - Great location

      Cons

      - Toxic culture beneath the surface level - Stark contrast from their culture book and between offices - Gap between aspirational values and actual values - High turnover - Poor management - Full of unscrupulous, cutthroat people - Poor benefits My experience may not be universal. I recommend you research the specific team you are considering joining.

      Looks like a great company on the paper, but the organisation can't follow and fulfil the promise.

      Cons

      To young management. Who care more for them self and their future than the applicant.
