Pros

Potential to make uncapped bonus. However, you’re going to work 10+ hours a day easily and it isn’t appreciated but instead expected.

Cons

Horrible leadership. HR so out of federal compliance, I’d be surprised if they haven’t been sued. The priorities and policies literally changed every few weeks and nothing was ever in writing. 3 different employees would be told 3 different policies. There’s always a favorite and it’s never the one putting in the work. These are typically remote positions and there’s little to no oversight to ensure staff is completing tasks and working min 8 hours a day. Management has no idea what we sell, how it works, what clients need, what it takes to close a deal or even care to ask. Their solution to everything is an automated email in place of a human. Out of the entire team, including directors and managers, there was one left in hopes that hard work, dedication and their 15 years of experience would help the company. Unfortunately though, you’re expected to deal with the abuse, constant confusion by leadership and inept HR Staff in hopes that the new CEO would be given the reins and opportunity to submit his ideas and vision. He seemed to be interested in the staff, clients, products, leadership, etc. At this point in time, I’m not sure if he was either an incredibly talented actor or his hands were forever tied by the board and umbrella companies. I wouldn’t be surprised if the company gets rid of fundraising/nonprofit aid and focuses more on marketing, gathering data via client purchasing patterns etc. based on the umbrella companies, that’s exactly what they do. Praying for the staff that have been there a while. I don’t expect they’ll keep many employees on much longer.
