      Pros

      Really strong team, ethical values, lots of good people working tirelessly to achieve the best for clients.

      Cons

      Exodus of staff and clients following acquisition by The Access Group. Profit put ahead of client and staff welfare Great team spirit turned toxic very quickly Ethics and positive atmosphere eroded systematically over 6-12 months Unrecognisable from what they were which is a huge shame for all involved.
