Totally bias management , Don't have manners to talk in plant Management, Purely Patel dynasty ,Narrow minded peoples, They treat you based on your salary, No job role as per designation , Never give chance of performance to people who deserve for that.

lower class of people, selection of job as a caste wise not skill wise , Upper management have no sense how to talk and they are consider you as a helper, petel lobby, every time fear for job , and no job security
