Because this review is anonymous and Glassdoor site offers no accountability or transparency about who is writing the “review” of his or her former employer, I do not know whether you actually worked here or not. But, if you did, ... let's discuss your review. You stated "Owner is not generally trusting in employees and will micromanage" and "Show some trust in competent employees." With the limited information which has been provided here , all I can say is .... if you felt that you were "untrusted" and "micromanaged" and, in addition, seen as “incompetent” ..... what does that say about your performance here? Why would any company trust anyone enough to hire them, and then suddenly lose trust in them, without cause? This "review" does not pass the smell test. Is it possible you demonstrated in some way that you could not be trusted? Generally speaking, when an employee lacks initiative, or shows little or no effort or direction with regard to performing the responsibilities for which they were hired, …they may need to be handled with kid-gloves and in some cases even “micromanaged”. If you did really work here, ... why not state your name like the other reviewers do? And, if you really did work here, we're sorry you did not have a better experience.
