      Very poor, passive aggressive, disorganized management. I highly advise against working here. It’s been a long time and I still want to pull my hair out thinking about Working at this place. On top of this, I single handedly witnessed mgmt blow off blatantly racist, sexist, nasty patrons... their only concerned about money and their reputation. Not protecting their employees or frankly even setting them up for successs.

      You get a membership to the club which is nice and the members are mostly very nice.

      Poor management, doesn't take employee concerns seriously, poor training.
