I joined Rallyteam in 2015, and thus far, it is a blast. I can tell for sure that this is the most comfortable and empowering environment I ever worked in . - Excellent opportunities for personal growth - Amazing team, everyone is here to help you - Opportunities to work on any part of the system and be mentored by humble gurus in each field - Ability to learn from the best and live the real start-up life - Work on real problems that impact many users and organizations - Quarterly off-sites with biking/hiking/running challenges As an engineer you also get be exposed to business side of the company, which I found amazing, since that gives you a better understanding of how things you work on impact the direction and progress of the company as a whole.

I used to believe that there is no such thing as a perfect job. But working with the great people of Rallyteam has proven this otherwise. Given exciting challenges at an everyday basis has sparked my interest to be the best employee that I can be. Rallyteam wouldn't be where it is with the amazing team we have. Such great dynamic, positive attitude, encouraging growth, supportive, and getting stuff done at a fun pace is something that I treasure. Wouldn't give this up for anything else.
