Ralph made all of us say all these nice things. None of us mean them. We do not want to lose our jobs. This place is highly stressful. We have the most turnover in both employees and real estate agents. Ralph lost a lof really good agents because of his tyrannical style and he is a micro manager and control freak. He makes you sign contracts they haunt you and limit you even after you stop working for him.
