      Pros

      Good benefits and that's it.

      Cons

      Constant intimidation in the work place. You are expected to work more than the required hours. They will replace you in a heartbeat. They are constantly collecting resumes, so they have a backup in case they decide to get rid of you. They do provide beer on Friday, so you can snuggle up with management. However, then you are driving home under the influence.

      Pros

      Regular hours, no switching schedules and an hour lunch (office personnel) The Owners genuinely care about their employees and look for everyone Competitive pay, growth and advancement opportunities Awesome work environment

      Cons

      No signs on the front of the building so you need to know what you're looking for Construction is deadline based so if you can't take a little stress trying to meet your production schedule, construction is not for you. Advancement can take a few years. Steel is a niche industry with LOTS to learn, patience is key!
