Worst company ever! Criminals who don't pay on time and even don't pay at all!

None. I can't think of anything pros about this distasteful company.

Cons

This company is the worst company who make false promises to not only employees but with consultants who go through them. I went through tihs comany and they didn't fullfull their promises and pay my dues. Just Straight up Criminals!

The Harassment Never Ends

They ask a lot of questions "to provide well suited candidates". They work extremely fast when delivering candidates - even when the quality is questionable.

Cons

Their idea of following up means calling as much as 7 times in one day for the same exact reason. They will constantly "follow up" to the point of actually disrupting work. They expect answers given to them right away. This is unacceptable as we are all professionals. Harassing people is not the way to get their business.

No reason to work here as they are running a different company in the name of rgtalent (dwarka) and after the selection of candidate they charge 10k indirectly in the name of security. They have a condition either to deduct 5k for two months or accept 10k as salary. Worst company.

Cons

Worst environment, management and people. They act as spy and check personal chats and things.
