I have been working at Randstad full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I started off in the Graduate program at Randstad and my experience for the past 2 years has been quite good and I feel as though I have learnt a lot whilst being here. I've thoroughly enjoyed the work I do on my desk, and have managed to see good success off the back of my client and candidate relationships. I've created strong friendships, and feel like I am valued in my team.

    Cons

Recruitment comes with its highs and lows, and at times the lows can be frustrating and deflating as they are out of your control.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Randstad full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great work culture in NSW Government division. Excellent team leadership and opportunities to development. I think it really speaks volumes that during the pandemic, they chose to cut costs elsewhere than make staff redundant.

    Cons

It was a tough market during covid-19, but generally would be similar at any agency
