    Pros

Great commission structure, good leadership, awesome culture

    Cons

Technology needs updating. The current CRM is an amalgamation of several business mergers and is messy and time intensive.

I have been working at Randstad full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - Most people outside of managers are nice. - You get a lot of autonomy ... although if you're new to recruitment this autonomy is probably not that good. - Lots of work life balance because the managers don't really care what you're doing or whether you're doing it.

    Cons

    - Managers will speak behind the back of consultants. - Promotions and development only goes to those whose face fits in with the company. - It's a boys club at the top - The commission scheme isn't very competitive.

I have been working at Randstad full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I have worked at Randstad for 4 years now and I can truly say that is is a great place to work. They offer flexible working options, an array of health & wellbeing benefits and really good salaries. When you join there is an 8 week onboarding program which is excellent if you are new or experienced in recruitment. The learning doesn't stop there though as there are so many courses that you are able to join to improve your skills. I am proud to say I work for such a big global brand that really cares about its staff.

    Cons

none i can think of at present
