I recently interviewed at Ranger Design for an Order entry role. The person I met was very professional and welcoming. I was nervous but she made the interview process feel comfortable and engaging. She was honest in telling me that, after speaking to me, she didn't feel the role was a good fit for me. Even though I am upset I did not make the cut, I am super intrigued by the culture she described. I will definitely be in the lookout for other roles with the company.
