      Left to do your job...Hands off management,,,,but that is also a con. new equipment. 70 hours a week every week

      Cons

      i worked there for 2 years and met my boss 1 time. Management literally couldn't care less about you. they want you to break DOT rules and if you don't you will be out of a job

      Lots of overtime. Good wages getting better after 40 hours is the norm.

      Little gratitude . Management could be more positive towards those who are giving their best .
